US air strikes kill several Doctors Without Borders staff and patients - including children - and injure dozens more in Afghanistan.

Doctors Without Borders had informed US military/NATO officials and Taliban officials of the exact location of the civilian hospital facility, and radioed during the air strikes, which nonetheless continued.
Collateral damage? Or war crime?
With all the fancy targeting technology the military has these days, it's hard to grasp how this is excusable.
