Man busted for throwing bag of excrement in Novato [CA] grocery store

Police arrested a man accused of hurling a bag of feces and urine onto a Novato grocery store meat counter, authorities said Monday.
Charles Nishi, 45, was arrested Monday morning in a homeless encampment on the 1900 block of Novato Boulevard, police said.
Nishi is accused of tossing the disgusting bag of excrement around 5 p.m. Sunday onto the counter and floor of Harvest Market at 155 San Marin Drive, police said.
The Marin County Hazmat Team and Novato Fire District officials responded to the grocery store shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday to mop up the mess.
Nishi was arrested around 8:20 a.m. Monday and booked in the Marin County Jail on suspicion of felony vandalism, unlawful release of offensive matter at a business, unlawful dumping of waste matter on private property, and
possession of suspected methamphetamine.
