I have never heard this gentle man cuss so much. He will be on his way to the store in a minute to return it.

When he opened the present I got him it contained not a new vac but a very used one. It came from the store that way. It isn't even the type shown on the box. Receipt in hand he is headed back to the store.

Screwed up? No, that was intentional. Someone bought a new shop vac, stuck their old one in the box, and returned it for a refund. It's actually quite common.
