I was able to spend time on my balcony in my underwear. It felt good.

There is nothing "directly across" closer than a block away, and the railing on my balcony is solid concrete in any case.

That's 59° in dog years. Sure warmer than here.

That warm in Toronto ? Must be something to this climate change business (or at least an anomaly )

It was a record for any day in February. But today it is 2°C and is expected to be lower than that for the next two weeks, so I wouldn't read much into it.

Or perhaps you're just not as easily impressionable as you seem. You can't be embossed by a mere balcony bathed in balm.

first time I ve ever seen it.

not sure if I ve ever seen 60 in February before....

It's supposed to be in the 70s here on this coming Superbowl Sunday. Today in my city it is 70 degrees. This happens every year around this time and everybody thinks it's spring and then it goes back to being extremely cold (like in the high 50s & low 60s)...
