Heated passions, bitter feuds, free-flowing alcohol and firearms. What could possibly go wrong? :loon :loon :loon

In honor of my nom de plume here, I wish the GOP delegates all the best with the life applications of their dogma. Absolute literal interpretation of the 2nd Amendment? Certainly! What could be more symbolic of the new Republican party than visible firearms among the ordinary delegates within their convention hall? Hang No Fringe! Ayn Rand forever!

(Actually, come to think of it, this would've been a pretty good candidate for the "Name That Film" thread...)

Well for the repubs the guns could function as superdelegates and make sure Trump doesn't get the nomination. 8-)

If the 20,000 people who signed the petition were all delegates to the convention, I'd say sure. Go ahead and let them carry. In fact make them ALL carry. Of course they won't allow it. The Donald's life would be in too much danger. Granted, that would solve THAT. problem.
