Photohosting

Post by Rick »

Instead of continuing the hijack on the "skin poll" thread.

I asked CP about restarting his trip on these boards.

He mentioned photohosting.

I linked photobucket.

Grimmer said it was good for small things.

What about Facebook?

Just askin...
Sometimes it seems as though one has to cross the line just to figger out where it is

Don't know about Facebook.

Nah, that's just what I use it for, I've got quite a bit of room even using the free version. It can store 500MB and has 10GB a month for bandwidth.

And for an alternative, Flickr might be another good one to check out.

I highly recommend Google's Picasa for photohosting. Lots of space, great organizational features, works to store photos on your harddrive as well as to upload them to Google's server as backup. If you need more space than what Google offers for free, the rates for storage space are very reasonable.
