Does anyone here have a Facebook account? Recently I've been bombarded with sponsored ads which, I find out, are supposed to be custom tailored to my needs and lifestyle. If they say so... but mostly they're just a nuisance and take up space.
I don't know how others are dealing with them but regardless of the ad -- whether it be from the pope, or Buick, or Clorox -- I click Hide Ad > It's offensive or inappropriate > It's sexually explicit. Unfortunately, the ads keep appearing but I eventually hope to skew the demographics enough that it will inspire Facebook to rethink their marketing strategy.
I still firmly believe FB will eventually collapse under its own weight so I might as well do my best to help them along.
