Early last year I filed an online claim as a participant in the Spann v. JCPenney class action lawsuit. I figured I would never hear from them again, or if I did I would get paid a couple dollars.

Today I was awarded $175.00. Woo Hoo!!....... I'M RICH!!

The only catch is that it's in the form of a gift certificate but I can live with that after all the suffering they put me through...

Does anyone need something from Penney's? I've got about $80.00 left.

The settlement was $50 million. Too bad I wasn't the only one who signed up.

This is enough to get you a full wardrobe so you won't have to run around here in your beat up old boxers and stained Hanes tank top!

Funny you guys should mention that. I was thinking of buying these to wear during computer time.
