We can start with the coverage of the PM's 11 on Monday then.

Unfortunately I will now be at work, but the Hatch and Gob will be attending.

A one day what????
Only weddings, picnics, some parties and sex last only one day.

If you are talking about cricket, the only thing that might last longer is a coma.

One Day International (ODI) is a form of cricket, in which 50 overs are played per side between two national cricket teams.

The Cricket World Cup is played in this format. One Day International matches are also called "Limited Overs Internationals (LOI)", because they are limited overs cricket matches between national sides, and if the weather interferes they are not always completed in one day. Important one-day matches, international and domestic, often have two days set aside, the second day being a "reserve" day to allow more chance of the game being completed if a result is not possible on the first day (for instance if play is prevented or interrupted by rain).

The international one-day game is a late twentieth-century development.

The first ODI was played on 5 January 1971 between Australia and England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. When the first three days of the third Test were washed out officials decided to abandon the match and, instead, play a one-off one day game consisting of 40 eight-ball overs per side. Australia won the game by 5 wickets.

Of course a coma would be more invigorating....

Gillard at No.3?
Your 50 year old female Prime Minister is suiting up to play?

Well, from what I've been able to translate from this cricketese, I guess she couldn't do any worse....

Well I wasn't able to go along. The Hatch is there keeping an eye on Gob and Nanna.

Gob has already hit the drinking tent to get himself into some sort of drunken stupor to really impress my Mum and my Mum is trying to force feed the Hatch some chicken she cooked up for lunch.

Yes, it isn't lunch time yet. Yes, my Mother has food issues just like my hyusband has drinking issues just as I have working issues.

It is Fergusson in at number three. The Hatch tells me they keep putting Julia's picture on the scoreboard. I'll try and find out why.

Ahh. Julia is all over the score-board because she turned up to the Match.

Well done Julia. I hope you can do a better job at picking a side than the Australian Selectors do.

Good for her.

It's important for a nation's leader to show up at the site of national disasters....

AND ... there was the madatory streaker in attendence.

Gob got photos ... so at least I can be assured it wasn't him!

(Unless the photos he got were of the police trying to catch him?)

Marmalised them..

I'm not going to post much as I had four beers on an empty stomach for breakfast, then decided to really cut loose....

But the streaker wasn't me. (this time round)

Home now, several hundred photos to go through.

Feeling very relaxed.
