FBI SEIZES OVER 3,000 PENISES DURING RAID AT MORGUE EMPLOYEE’S HOME
FBI agents made an astonishing discovery this morning while executing a search warrant at the residence of a Houston mortician: 3,178 embalmed human penises.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation suspected 54-year old Dave Murray, an employee of the Harris County Morgue, of being implicated in an organ trafficking network.
Investigating several reports of missing organs and body parts, dozens of agents raided his residence this morning, hoping to find evidence of his involvement in the crimes.
What they found on the site was a lot more disturbing than what they expected, as the FBI spokesman Andy Ramirez described the scene in an interview with WNTV-4.
“There were shelves everywhere, filled with hundreds of glass jars. Each of them contained a penis floating in formalin.”
According to Agent Ramirez, the accused rapidly confessed everything as soon as he was arrested.
“He explained in great detail, how he had been cutting off dead men’s genital organs and collecting them for more than ten years.”
It took the FBI more than seven hours to gather all the organs and other pieces of evidence that were found on the site.
A dozen federal agents of the FBI’s Evidence Response Team were still identifying, collecting, and packing jars more than six hours after their arrival on the site.
A total of 53 criminal charges have already been filed against Mr. Murray and hundreds more could be filed over the next few days.
An anonymous FBI source told WNTV-4 that the number of charges could reach over 3,000.
Dave Murray will remain in custody for the moment as a psychiatric evaluation has been ordered to determine if he’s fit to stand a trial.
If he is considered fit, he should appear in court in October for the beginning of the procedures.

Perhaps he's planning on using them to make the wallet that can become a suitcase?

I wonder if the scrotum and testicles were still attached... that would really be terrible.
BTW -- I'm a body donor. I might land up in formaldehyde, too.

Ouch. Funny, but ouch.
I know a nice looking lady who used to work as an embalmer. She told me that she intends to be cremated. She said, "I'm not going to let one of those guys get hold of me''.

I have to say I'm somewhat puzzled by
this:
being implicated in an organ trafficking network.
I thought that "organ trafficking" involved the illegal sale of
useful organs, taken from the living or recently deceased, (lungs, kidneys, etc) that were purchased on the black market by wealthy folks who didn't want to have to wait on an organ donor list...
I have a hard time imagining that there's a really big market, ("hard", "big"...the puns and double entendres pretty write themselves when you try to discuss this...) for pickled dicks...
It's not like somebody could buy one of these and replace their own 3 incher with a 10 incher that's been soaking in formaldehyde...
Plus when you look at the
quantity that this guy had hanging around, ("hanging"...aw geez, there's
another one...) he seems more like a private collector than a dealer...

Clearly there was NO market for what he had stocked on his shelves. That does not mean he was not actually moving merchandise from other parts of the human anatomy. But, it does look to me as though some associate knew something was wrong and dropped a dime to get authorities to investigate.

I was wondering about the 'organ trafficking' thing also. I think his penis collection may only be the root of the problem.

Penis collecting is a tough job. You're always having to deal with pricks...
