Austin bomber identified as Mark Anthony Conditt
Mark Anthony Conditt, who police say was behind a wave of bombings in Austin and south-central Texas, killed himself early Wednesday in what investigators described as an explosion inside his car, leaving them scrambling to determine whether any bombs remain and if he acted alone.
Conditt detonated a bomb in his vehicle before dawn on the side of Interstate 35 in Round Rock, north of Austin, as police approached him, authorities said
Police had come to believe Conditt was responsible for five explosions that killed two people and injured five others in Austin and the San Antonio area beginning March 2, and an arrest warrant was issued for him Tuesday night.
Authorities tracked Conditt to a hotel in Round Rock after reportedly identifying him using receipts, internet searches, witness sketches and, ultimately, surveillance video that revealed he'd delivered packages days earlier to an area FedEx store, officials said.
Authorities were outside the hotel early Wednesday when Conditt got in his vehicle and drove away, police said. They followed him. That's when he pulled into a ditch and blew himself up, police said. The blast injured a SWAT officer.
Even in announcing his death, though, police warned a wary public not to let down their guard.
"We don't know where this suspect has spent his last 24 hours, and therefore
we still need to remain vigilant to ensure that no other packages or devices have been left throughout the community," Austin police Chief Brian Manley said.

The "motive" could be as simple as he was a twisted little fuck who got off on the fear and panic he was causing...

Thank God no schools were involved in these bombings. That would have been problematic for the "March For Our Lives" ceremonies being held in Washington on March 24th.

So far, insufficient data, at least what is in the news media. The 'confession' on his telephone, according to NPR this morning, describes his bomb making in detail, but gives very little about his target selection or motivation. Hindsight is always 20/10. By his actions we can say this guy is crazy. But 'indicators' about this guy before the events tell us only that he is like millions of other white Americans in their mid-twenties who never do anything more socially destructive than minor traffic violations.

I think Nagara's original "bomb" statement was addressing the nuclear type. But the above does contain a timely social commentary. What would we all be hearing today had this neo-Unabomber succeeded in blowing up a IED in, or near, a school, or even a school bus?
Sadly, I feel there are now a few copycat admirers of Conditt out there ready to grab the gonfalon of hate from his cold, dead, hands.

He is implying that only light skinned Caucasians are terrorists
That seems like a really odd take-away from that meme...
It seems pretty obvious to
me that the "message" the person who created that is attempting to convey is, "The whiter a killer's skin color, the more likely they will be labeled mentally ill; the darker their skin color, the more likely they will be labeled a terrorist"...
Laying aside the fact that "mentally ill" and "terrorist" are not mutually exclusive, this belief is demonstrably false...
The scum bag who murdered the eight people in that South Carolina church and the low-life who murdered the woman in Charlottesville with his car (both lily white) have been generally characterized (correctly) as terrorists...
Ditto whites who have bombed abortion clinics...
On the other hand, black skinned and brown skinned urban gang bangers killing people regularly in the inner cities are never characterized as "terrorists"...
"Terrorist" is about the
motivation for killing, not the skin color of the killer.

Look at the difference in lighting between Jim's photo and Bed Wetter’s, you see the difference in lighting. Racist like Wet Spot try to imply that there is something evil, sick or feminine about light skin.
