Sen. Orrin Hatch Reminds Google That He’s Not Dead



Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) had a message for Google on Monday night: I’m not dead.

Searches for the senator’s name on Google had been surfacing a Wikipedia entry about Hatch that listed Sept. 11, 2017, as the date of his death.

Hatch, 84, wasn’t too excited by his untimely internet demise.

The Internet gods appear to have heard him.

Less than an hour after Hatch’s tweet, the Wikipedia entry was corrected and the reference to his death removed.
