would that it were that kind of bar; but this is the bar more notable for being passed rather than sat or stood at (and one more noted for the BS rather than any drinks).

Oh but I am — in spirit anyway! Heading to a lovely French restaurant (in the burbs near a client) in a bit. Will have some rosé for you. And send a report on the food.

"Speaking" of Paul McCartney. If you haven't seen the extended prime time airing of the CBS special "Carpool Karaoke: When McCartney Met Corden, Live From Liverpool" you might want to check it out.
