This morning on Meet the Press a panel of commentators casually discussed the possibility that the sitting President is a Russian asset. Same President refused to categorically deny the possibility when asked - choosing the path of righteous indignation while brushing off concerns about his secretive handling of content of his meetings with Putin.
It’s very strange having come of age in the 80s - Cold War, Wargames, The Day After - and to have circled round to this. Our new Russian obsession - to enrich the oligarchs on both sides while distracting the peons from the earth’s burning up all around them.
I don’t hate America; I’m too busy crying for the whole damn human race and the lovely nest we are over-filling with our toxic shit.
