50 Years After

Post by RayThom »

"By the time we got to Woodstock, We were half a million strong..."
... or so.

Random "baby boomers" have been polled over the years and it's estimated that more than two million of them attended.

I STILL wasn't there.

2 million? Just goes to show how David Cosby couldn't accurately count, even then. Half a million? Come one.

I was there. I took some brown acid and I'll never forget seeing Elvis put on an Afro wig and play The Star Spangled Banner left-handed on an electric banjo. Too bad the cameras weren't rolling.

She was too busy writing the song.

I had my 10th birthday at Woodstock. My older brother had dragged me along because he had to babysit me..
