I went for my monthly exam. The xrays indicate a change for the better indicating healing. It was a pretty small bit of healing but ortho child-MD, who has bugling biceps and looks like he could have a role on Grey's Anatomy and this season's new intern who is having sex with just about everyone, says it is looking good. A Jones fracture is just a bitch to heal. One more month of boot and I might get to wear a shoe again.

I assume they are 16 kilos not 16 pound barbells. They would not go down well at the gym I
(used to) go to: I can do curls with 35 lbs (=16 kilos) and I do not have his bulging biceps.
