San Francisco Mayor London Breed delivered a stern message at a Monday press conference about the annual April 20 cannabis celebration known as 4/20 on Hippie Hill in Golden Gate Park.
"We will not tolerate anyone coming to San Francisco for 4/20 this year," Breed said. "Police officers will be patrolling the area. We will cite people and if necessary arrest them."
The Robin Williams Meadows where people usually gather to smoke on 4/20 will be fenced off and roads will be blocked to hamper access to the area, she said.
