Does anyone know anything about Austrian alpine cow grazing? Is the area owned by farmers with the stipulation that anyone who wants to can wander around on the land or does the land have no particular ownership and farmers just use the land for grazing? If I knew these answers I would know whether to be really PO'd at the victim and her family.
