Last time I had a bout with it my doctor prescribed something called colchicine ... sure did the trick.
Also made my digestive tract a little loosy-goosy, so if that's what he gave you too, consider yourself as having been warned.

Colchicine it is - and like BB, I can say it did the trick. Last time I had this maybe 10 - 12 years ago, the drugs of choice were allopurinol and indomethacin. Have to say this stuff is way better.

Getting old sucks. Glad you have some relief.
