I am not trying to be offensive, but it seems evident that if sub-Saharan Africa were better than Europe, the people of sub-Saharan Africa would stay home. So evidently, Europe must be superior to sub-Saharan Africa; I don't see how anyone can say otherwise. Facts are facts whether we like them or not.
The sub-Saharan African countries need what the western Europeans have, order, discipline, and lower levels of corruption. The English ex-colonies would be better off asking the British to come back because they evidently can't get it done themselves. The wealth of the natural resources of these countries does not help the people of these countries; it benefits Swiss bankers.

There is no reason that the people of sub-Saharan Africa should have to live as pathetically as they do. People do not have to be so poor; they can change their condition if they want it bad enough. The Japanese changed their country from a technologically backward and poor country to one equal to the Europeans in just two generations. The Chinese did it in one generation, so the sub-Saharan Africans could improve their condition by doing the right things.
There is nothing inferior about the people of sub-Saharan Africa; what is inferior is their culture. If one wants to change one's condition, one must first analyze one's situation and understand their strengths and weaknesses. The same is true for a nation. As I see it, the biggest mistake the people of Africa make, and most third world countries for that matter, is to give their governments total power; they should have some way to recall their leaders when they're not satisfied with them. But they only can do that if they have sufficient power to do it. That's why I believe in the power of the militia. The right to own weapons is power. If the people had the power, they could recall their leaders and replace a corrupt leader with a new one and then recall him if he turns corrupt. That would make a big difference.

Oh, come on. To be fair it also benefits plenty of other bankers: German, British, Chinese, Russian, American and more.
And do you think maybe, just maybe, the reason Africans
"can't get it done themselves" might have something to do with the fact that they have already been invaded, brutalized, enslaved, exploited, corrupted, raped, oppressed, robbed, and left for dead by those colonial empires the first time around?

No, being black has nothing to do with it; they have an inferior culture. And it doesn't have to be that way. They do not have to be impoverished; they don't have to suffer the way they do.
If they can't depend on their leaders to improve their situation, they, the people, could do it themselves. If the Europeans and Americans and Australians can have grassroots movements, why can't the Africans? They have to decide they've had enough and want change and then set up a system that doesn't allow the elites to seize power again.

Which is not to say that he is any good at it.
