Why should they have to move their pontoon boat because they are white? They are being punished for failing to obey their black masters. It was not a reserved spot, and the pontoon boat was their first. If the group on the small boat had been black, the riverboat would have docked somewhere else. And did you notice that only white men where charged?

The remaining two suspects in a massive brawl at a central Alabama boat dock over the weekend were taken into custody Wednesday evening.
Montgomery police confirmed Allen Todd, 23, and Zachery Shipman, 25, were arrested at around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday after turning themselves in to police, local outlet WSFA reported. A third suspect, 48-year-old Richard Roberts, turned himself in on Tuesday.
Todd and Shipman are both charged with third-degree assault while Roberts faces two counts of the same charge, which is a misdemeanor in Alabama.
The charges stem from a confrontation at the dock for the Harriott II riverboat, which is owned by the city of Montgomery, after a moored pontoon boat was blocking the larger vessel from docking at Riverfront Park at around 7p.m. on Aug. 5

It appears among his many areas of ignorance, liberty is ignorant of the most basic rules of boating.
liberty, in general boat docking is never a ‘first come first served’ activity. Boats must have the permission of the harbor master to dock, they can’t just dock wherever willy nilly. These yahoos docked in a space that was in fact dedicated to and reserved by the ferry service, and their boat posed a hazard by being where it was when it was. They were 1000% in the wrong even before they went all racist redneck on the black security guard.

If the spot was reserved, that changes everything. But if it was reserved should there not have been a sign displayed. If that had explained instead of ordering them off, it might have turned out differently. They thought they were defending their rights. Crackers do have a right to do that don't they?

Let's see... There are signs at the dock that say "No Watercraft Parking" and "Reserved for Harriott II". The Harriott II was approaching the dock so the captain (a white man) turned on his loudspeaker and asked the people to move their pontoon boat out of the way. They refused and eventually attacked the first mate (a black man), when he went on to the dock and approached the angry white guys.
It was probably just a misunderstanding. When the captain said, "Please move your boat," they misunderstood and thought he said, "You crackers need to get yo' boat outta the mofo way or I'm gonna send my black bro to kick yo asses!"
It was just a minor communication breakdown. I'm sure they have apologized to each other and they're all friends now.

Identifying truth with faith is a description of self delusion. Faith is the opposite of truth and a mental cancer. The empirical method says so and the empirical method has done more to reduce suffering, extend life, and increase freedom than 1500 years of “ faith”.
