"The white-spotted pufferfish is known for its unique and complex courtship display which involves creating large, geometric circles in the sand.   These circles are constructed in an effort to attract females for copulation.   Males must maintain their circles in order to attract a mate."

In other words, it's not 'ars gloria artis' (art for art's sake) — it's more a case of 'ars gloria sexum'.
Art for fuck's sake.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Maybe the puffer fish's name is Art and he did that for a selfish reason.

OK that was funny. Or maybe "It's art, for fuck's sake!" Punctuation saves lives and all that.

Also psssst, the Latin (as on the MGM lion logo) is "ars gratia artis." Your rendering may prompt Meade to inquire whether Gloria's bum truly is a work of art.
GAH!

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
