Apparently it's the end of the month and wesw got his guv'ment check, has cashed it, and has used the funds to purchase his monthly supply of moonshine, Mary Jane, and mushrooms for the next thirty days.
And judging from the way he's going, he's going to have run through all of it by St. Patrick's Day.
