...Kyle Rittenhouse's mother and sister are being evicted, and in spite of all the support they provided to Kyle in the wake of his homicidal rampage "tragic shooting incident", he has chosen not to help them out.

So far as I recall, the family was not involved in any aspect of the shooting nor did they provide much more support to him afterwards than many other families would to their child/sibling. so I really wish them no ill will. However, I also think my charity can only stretch so far and there are many others I would choose to provide aid to others ahead of them. Sure, life sometimes sucks, but that's what happens. I feel bad for anyone in similar straits, eve if it is of their own doing, but that's about it.

And as for Kyle's refusal to support them--why am I not surprised? If they didn't realize what an asshole he was before the shooting, certainly they would have seen it afterwards; did they really expect him to provide support? How blind can they be?

As I recall, that was debunked and proven false. I think he got the gun from a friend in Kenosha (he did not bring it with him) and was in Kenosha one or two days before the shooting.

" . . . my brother was involved in a tragic shooting incident."

Wow. The passive voice gets you through so much pain.

I wonder if they ever thought of raising money for the three men who were also involved in the tragic shooting incident. I'm guessing no - but I could be wrong.
