This story illustrates the worthlessness of oral histories, as they’re so flexible they can say anything people want them to say.

I defy anyone here to claim that England had Black African tribes living in the British Isles 400 years ago. Absolute load of bull crap.

Oral histories only have any value at all if anthropologists can reach an area before the internet, tourists, or regular visitors do. Once that happens, any legion that might have existed is now worthless. They’ve been polluted by modern interpretations and influences.

These people’s claim to the land is absolutely ridiculous. Can anybody here justify their claim?

The only person I can think of who would even try is Shit Head. That’s because he believes loyalty to his African brothers overrides reality.

Anything said about them is considered racist unless it’s complimentary. I stick with the truth, because in end, it's what really matters.

The "tribe" have been living in the wood for several weeks.

They said they were reclaiming land that was stolen from their ancestors 400 years ago - but the local authority said they were breaking the law.

The group have attracted a large following on social media

Ghanaian Kofi Offeh, 36, and Jean Gasho, 42, who is originally from Zimbabwe, first arrived in the Jedburgh area in the spring.

Describing themselves as King Atehehe and Queen Nandi, they set up camp on a hillside above the town.

They were joined by "handmaiden" Kaura Taylor, from Texas, who calls herself Asnat.

The group have a growing online presence, with more than 100,000 followers on TikTok and Facebook, and have received worldwide media attention.

Kofi Offeh, who calls himself King Atehehe, was evicted from the woodland site on Tuesday alongside the rest of the group

Scottish Borders Council initially evicted the trio from the hillside site above Jedburgh in July.

But instead of leaving the area, they moved about a mile out of town to a woodland next to an industrial estate.

David and Mary Palmer, who own the land, successfully applied to the courts for the tribe to be evicted. They were removed by sheriff officers on Tuesday.

However the "tribe" simply moved a few metres over a fence to land belonging to the Scottish Borders Council.

The trio calling themselves the ‘Kingdom of Kubala’ had been living in woods on a hillside above the town of Jedburgh since May.

One of the group live-streamed the eviction, which was undertaken as a jointly coordinated operation, on TikTok this morning.

Two members were arrested after police and immigration enforcement officials moved into the camp at 8am, leading them away to vans.

There's nothing in the rules that says an update can't be provided in a different String.

Quite right. Still, it's abnormal to do so within a couple of days

I never claimed to be normal, just me. I go my own way and do my own thinking. The crowd either comes with me, or I go alone.
