This is a question which has vexed me for about 20 minutes now ever since I was confronted with a moron in a small crossover SUV that parked over the line I mean it's not all that big they should be able to fit it in the 2-4 extra feet. My righteous annoyance was bewildered by the fact that I'm often annoyed by people in large vehicles who can't park within the lines. After all, someone who figured they needed something so big had better know how to drive it.

Which is the proper logic? Or is there some better reasoning one way or the other you can think of?

I always used to think, If you can't drive it park it, now however most of them can't do either.

For your own continued good cardiovascular health I suggest that you go with option 3 and try to forget it.

Now what really fills me with road rage is those who drive slowly in the passing lane.

They ought to be horsewhipped.

How about the cretins that take up TWO parking spaces so their precious car won't get dinged?

I don't mind if they park way far away and that there are plenty of other parking spaces.

The urge to "key" said vehicle arises when the lot is full and you've been circling aimlessly for what seems like hours. :twisted:

Dales I have the same hate but to squees my Jeep into the space next to them (Best beside the driver's door) Leave my Neo Mastiffs in the jeep.
To come back and see a very dressy woman looking pissed off because she can't get in without coming close to these big dogs.

Qld drivers...hate em...wankers the lot of em....have absolutlely NFI how to negotiate a roundabout and nor do they have any idea that if you need to pull to the outside lane so merging traffic can merge!

So no one is going to take a stand? You all are going to take the easy way out? Not one is going to stand up and say Yeah they're both assholes, but, X really takes the cake!

Just for the record Neo Mastiffs are very big but one of the gentlest breeds of dog. You would just be crule to do anything to them

Anyone who can not park in a given space is an arsehole.

I have had to get Gob to re-park on a number of occasions as his definition of between the lines and mine are significantly different.

Hint, if one wheel is touch any part of the line, you are NOT between the lines.

I bend on that rule if I'm stuck parking next to someone who has violated the subject of this thread. and the overall visibility of the lines (snow days)

Old people who don't belong behind the wheel. The ones who can't see past the end of the hood and the ones who don't remember the difference between the brake and gas peddle. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.............

Nothing embarrasses Hen and Hatch more*, than my "creative parking".

You know the sort of thing, parking a car in a space just that little bit smaller than the car, parking half way up a hedge, parking in the middle of disused building sites, in kids paddling pools that sort of thing.
