Paraglider vs eagle.

I've flown in Aus with a couple of wedgetail eagles within feet of my wing, never heard of anything like this before!

Not so nice he's yelling at the poor eagle for trying to fly away. I'm glad it was uninjured.

Why didn't he just get rid of it by flinging it away with a catapult?
It wouldn't have been injured, and eagles (vultures) are a pest species anyway....
