In my neck of the woods, the trend seems to have reversed; in Target and a few other places, I've been wished a 'Merry Christmas'. ...but maybe that's because of the Red Hat with bells on it, I've been wearing?
This poll offers you three choices, so you can pick the top one, or the top three if you've been greeted in more than one way.

I like to be different; I greet folks with "Happy Christmas!"

I find that I'm generally greeted with blank stares....

I also see a counter-trend - mostly I get "Merry Christmas," although I've occasionally used "Have a good holiday!" myself, when I'm unsure of the person's background (e.g., Indian subcontinent, Korean, Japanese).
The keynote speaker at my company's "Christmas" party this year was a Jew. He also wished all of us a Merry Christmas, including the many people from different cultures (about 1/4 of those in attendance).
Maybe he agrees with me that Christmas is, in addition to being a Holy Day for Christians, a national holiday in which we all can participate.
