You may have heard about this thing in Wisconsin, where the angry, angry populace has submitted petitions with about a bajiliion signatures demanding the recall of the governor. Well, the state board in charge of counting all those signatures has set up a webcam showing the workers counting and verifying the signatures, and the webcam livestream has spawned some kind of a Twitter fan-feed, or whatever the kids call the twatting they do, which is kind of funny, especially considering the "content" of the programming. They have given the anonymous workers names (Sideburns, Pearls, Flirty, Bald Stockton, Best Friend, Sheedy, etc.) and follow the minutiae of life on both the day and night shift.

If I knew how to work the Twitter machine, I'd probably sign up for the updates.

Great, Sue, now I'm going to be up all night watching that...
