Australian billionare explains it all for you ...

Funny how she doesn't mention "inherit a billion dollars" as the key to success? Worked for her!

She must be your equivalent of a Republican.

I won't mention her appearance because it would be unfair to toads and swine. And its hard to say if being repulsive makes you like that or if being like that makes you repulsive. Tough call.

Yes, dear old Gina would be a Republican if we ran a party that was similar in Aus. We don't, though.

There is a smattering of Republicanism in both the Liberal Party and the National Party, but nothing so much that you would consider them the Ozzie equivalent.

It sounds like Gina has many forebears, and not just her dad, to thank for the position she finds herself in. However, she is a hard worker from all I have heard.

She doesn't care for putting in time on her appearance. She works in a man's business and is at the top of it, so I guess her appearance doesn't matter in getting the job done, only to the aesthetics of those around her.

Personally, if I was Gina, I would do more exercise, and watch what I ate. She looks like she is a good candidate for gout in the near future.

"There is no monopoly on becoming a millionaire," she writes. "If you're jealous of those with more money, don't just sit there and complain. Do something to make more money yourself - spend less time drinking, or smoking and socializing and more time working."
Rinehart's remarks drew immediate fire from senior Australian ministers. Treasurer Wayne Swan said in a statement that Rinehart had delivered "an insult to the millions of Australian workers who go to work and slog it out to feed the kids and pay the bills."
It does appear that Mr. Swan has no comprehension of a conditional clause. Either that or he is himself agreeing that millions of Australian workers are simply "jealous" and are indeed sitting around drinking, smoking and socializing instead of working.

As to the commentary in the OP belittling women who do not conform to some societal standard of beauty, identifying repulsiveness required only the written word.

Maybe "jealous" is just a rich person's term for "justifiably irate at the fact that one's parents' wealth is a better predictor of one's own success than is the combination of one's own talent, perspicacity, and hard work".

You could address that "perhaps" by looking at the data.

Yes, a pity indeed, because if it did, if you checked in you might learn something and avoid embarrassing yourself so badly:

LMAO

You're the one who obviously didn't do that rube...

Or you couldn't understand them....

Personally I lean towards the latter explanation...

I'm seriously beginning to wonder if you aren't suffering from the first stages of Early On Set Alzheimer's...

That would explain both your inability to perform simple math computations, and also your reading comprehension issues...

It also explains your inability to even see that you have these problems, as well the anger and frustration they are creating...

Maybe you aren't lying when you deny saying things that are then easily proven you said...Maybe you honestly don't remember saying them.

If you haven't already, I would suggest that you have a neurological exam.

"The world's biggest troll", Cruella de Vil and a Bond villain.

That's one pundit's unflattering portrait of Gina Rinehart, amid largely scathing international coverage of her latest speech.

Much of the overseas coverage of Mrs Rinehart's speech to the Sydney Mining Club, posted on YouTube, has been scathing and sarcastic, with the Atlantic Wire, a sister website to The Atlantic magazine, calling her the "world's biggest troll".

Rinehart knows what it means to pull yourself up by the bootstraps. She inherited a fortune now estimated to be worth about $18 billion. That's a heavy burden to bear

"Rinehart, an Australian, was (we think) trying to make a point about wages and bettering Australia's mining industry," the article said. "Essentially all those factors make Rinehart ... that perfect mix of Bond villain, Marie Antoinette and Cruella de Vil ..."

"Why she chose to say that Australians should look at the sad state of African miners making less than $2 per day is beyond us."

The part of Mrs Rinehart's speech that drew the widespread criticism was: "The evidence is inarguable that Australia is becoming too expensive and too uncompetitive to do export-oriented business.

"Africans want to work, and its workers are willing to work for less than $2 per day. Such statistics make me worry for this country's future."

The Atlantic Wire article also listed what is known about Mrs Rinehart, examining where her wealth came from, her media interests and politicians' comments about her.

"Essentially all those factors make Rinehart ... that perfect mix of Bond villain, Marie Antoinette and Cruella de Vil - the kind of stinking rich and socially ham-fisted character that's so easy to hate.

"And don't think for second that the politicians and news agencies giving her air time aren't enjoying every second of it."

The BBC estimated that, while Mrs Rinehart was talking about pay rates for African workers, she was earning $600 a second.

The Los Angeles Times reported Mrs Rinehart was "back with some more helpful advice" a week after she told poor Australians to work harder and drink and smoke less.

"Yep, it's getting harder and harder to be a job creator," the article said.

"Rinehart knows what it means to pull yourself up by the bootstraps. She inherited a fortune now estimated to be worth about $18 billion. That's a heavy burden to bear."

Newser covered Mrs Rinehart's speech under the headline "World's Richest Woman's New Idea: Wages of $2 a Day".

She's worried that Australian coal mines are going to fly away to Africa to be worked by the unselfish and hard-working indigenous residents of the dark continent?

She envies the ability of employers in Africa to pay people so little they die of lack of healthcare? Their children cannot go to school?

That's absolute horseshit Rubey!
Try reading for comprehension and basing your response on what she actually says...

Oh come on Sean, you know that's not going to happen...

There's a better chance that you could teach all the steps from Fred Astaire's ceiling dance routine to a wildebeest...

But that having been said, it does appear that this Rinehart woman is Australia's answer to Leona Helmsley....

You inability to produce anything resembling a logical response discourages any further interest in your posts. Except for morons who care about emotional content and not factual.

Do me a favour... You wouldn't recognise a logical response if it jumped up and bit you in the arse!

There is no point in you trying to pass yourself off as an educated, intelligent man here anymore. Everybody can see your ignorance and lack of intelligence. You are no more a scientist than I am (and I'm not one).
