I dunno, it seems like a celebration of the Jewish (or at least one Jew's) survival of the Holocaust. He went on to have a happy, healthy family.
BTW, I thought that sign was stolen recently?

The Arbecht Macht Frie sign was recovered and repaired.
The current sign is a copy of the original.

Besides, nowadays with the vile whack jobs running around claiming the Holocaust never happened, I commend this man's motives and cleverness in doing something to get the attention of younger people. If he piques curiosity and get's some kids who know little or nothing about this to learn more about it, and thus make themselves less susceptible to the hate mongering con artists, he will have performed a valuable service.
