Furriers Wear Hats...

Post by Joe Guy »

Early in the night my father and mother were dancing together. I thought to myself that it would be a time that I'll never forget and it's so nice to have them in my life.

Suddenly I realized that something was wrong. Wasn't my father sick or something? Isn't my mother living alone? I didn't want to think about it...

Then I was in a warehouse and there was a bunch of lockers lined up. I was looking for my locker because I wanted to take everything and leave and not come back. I accidentally opened someone else's locker and it was full of money, cigarettes and pipes. I closed it and remembered my locker is number 111 and walked over to it.

Two people were standing there talking. One of them looked over and said to me, "I've just been told by management that furriers wear hats."

Then I woke up.

Do you dream every night? I do. I have very busy and strange dreams a lot of the time.

Do you have a dream you want to share?

Do you have any thoughts on the nature of dreams?

I dreamed that Lady Gaga stole my car the other night.

I love my dreams, they're mental.

She gave the car back later...

I always, always dream of houses by the sea, and climbing on rocks, and floods. But always good dreams, though rarely see anyone I know in them.

I'm fucking weird like that

Last night I dreamed that a guy I went to high school with and haven't seen in well over 35 years, and a fellow I work with, who I can't imagine even know each other in reality, were roomies. They were planning to move to Hawaii and were busy packing. They kept offering me red licorice and asked my advice on how to ship their pet water buffalo to Hawaii and were wondering if it needed shots. There were assorted other odd things going on of which I don't recall the details, I just recall thinking, "Well that's certainly weird."

It ended unresolved, as they all seem to, because my bladder woke me up.

By tapping you on the shoulder and singing; "Swanie river!"

Unfortunately my dreams are past realities and I either wake up terrified or trying desperately to forget. Flash backs they call them. Not the best reason to go to bed or sleep.

I would love to dream of furry Greek or Turkish girls, provided they were not fighting to the death.
I expect to go straight to hell...........at least I won't have to spend time making new friends.

Last night it was volleyball with John Mellencamp. Can't recall much about it though.

Many of my dreams include the Navy, sharks, alligators, my Dad, my Brother, and breathing under water.

Most don't end well...
Sometimes it seems as though one has to cross the line just to figger out where it is

Please, no talk of your magic Johnson.

Probably only magic in your dreams.

A reoccuring theme in many of my dreams is being in college and not knowing when nor where my next class is and knowing I am having a test in that class. Many different campuses and many different classes (math, physics, chemistry, you name it). I never do make it to the class.

Another ferquent dream that has occured fairly recently is being in a bar or at a party or bar-b-q and having Johnny Walker Blue. Just a glass, no more no less. Never in real life did I ever have just one glass of liquor, even before I became a full fledged alcoholic. My sponsor says these are familiar dreams for us.

And whether I have an erotic dream or not, if I wake up during (or right after) a dream, I have a "woody". :ok
