That looks like the 16th Street Mission station...(the area right around that station has become a menacing druggie infested toilet)
I have to say though, given the handstand he did on the turnstile, he seems rather athletic....
Notice how non-plussed many of the passers by are? They've become as jaded as New Yorkers in this burg...

I was trying to figure out if it should be read as "clown-snot bombs" (i.e., bombs made from clown snot) or "clown snot-bombs" (i.e., a clown's bombs made from snot of no specifically designated origin).
