Is it POSSIBLE that these are "henna" tattoos, which wear off after a short while?

on a bit of an unkind tangent, as I get out and about it seems to me that the total visible skin coverage of tattoos among young women is directly proportional to how fat they are. Between 180 and 200 pounds, its a pretty good bet that most visible skin will be decorated.
