Kenny Lynch... can't remember the last time I heard or saw of him. Still going, I guess. Pity that Eric and Spike are not. My parents got Eric all right (and I reckon "The Plank is one of the best short comedy films of all time) - but Spike baffled them utterly. Perhaps that's why I liked the Qs so much!

Oddly - 1969. In the civil service hostel in London. Never saw or heard of "Curry and Chips". What prompted your post, Taff?
