Every once in a while we see these Japanese Fashionistas passing through here. Really amazing women. I'm not sure how to describe them but they glow like the sun when you see them.

Well Japan started early in the form and uses of make-up, such as on Geisha and Kabuki actors. High government officials and nobles wore it too; as well as the elaborate hair styles.

It takes either a team of make-up artists, and/or a few hours to get the effect 'perfect'.
