My personal favorite, (well, an exchange actually, not a single line)
Bond: "You expect me to talk, Goldfinger?"
Goldfinger: "Oh no Mr. Bond...I expect you to die..."
Is it just me, or does Auric Goldfinger bear an eerie resemblance to Rob Ford?...*
