I have no problem deciding - both of those eyes need sharpened pencils driven into them so I don't drive one into my own eye to block out the pain.

Well the video is shit. Ignoring that I'll give the song a solid meh. On it's own it's just a another pop song in comparison to the original it doesn't hold a candle. The original evoked eternal loss and longing this one the object of desire could have stepped out for a cigarette.
