Yeah, he's a great character...(and another one that I don't think will make it to the closing credits of the last episode...

Choo Choo is an example of one of the many things this series has done really well; even minor secondary characters (many of whom don't last very
long) are well developed and well cast...
In one of the earlier episodes, the Florida Mob sends a hit man to kill Raylan... (well to kidnap him, slowly torture him to death and video tape it so they can get their jollies watching it, actually) The hitman was a really interesting quirky character, who was writing a book about being a hitman, (not something you would expect most hitmen to do; they tend to prefer to be low profile)...
He didn't even make through one episode...
In another earlier season episode, Maggie Lawson shows up as a psycho nurse who runs a business with her boyfriend murdering people to harvest their organs...(kind of a change of pace from her main gig at time as Juliette O'Hara on
Psych)
She winds up getting a bullet in the head from Raylan as she's preparing to carve him up like a Thanksgiving turkey...
