You think you're pretty clever, Mr Christian...

Post by Lord Jim »

Settin' me a 'drift 3500 miles from the nearest port of call...

Sendin' me to mah' doom...

But I'll live to see land again, Mr. Christian...

And I'll live to see you...

All of you...

Hanged from the Highest Yard Arm in The British fleet....

Jim's been given access to the DVD remote again.

Captain Bligh was talking big, but he was wrong. He never did see them again .
I expected to be placed in an air force combat position such as security police, forward air control, pararescue or E.O.D. I would have liked dog handler. I had heard about the dog Nemo and was highly impressed. “SFB” is sad I didn’t end up in E.O.D.

Well he did get to see and go after those who agreed not to fight (after there wasn't enough room in Bligh's launch for them) and were dropped off in Tahiti; and as I recall they were treated pretty badly (not sure if any were hanged but they may have been) when he picked them up after his return to England.
