I only saw this one time on one of those "world's greatest commercial" shows (it's for a tobacco produced and sold in England, after all), and I've always liked it.  It just seemed so matter-of-fact, so appropriate, so ..... right!
And the look on those two hooligans' faces .... PRICELESS!

They could never run that ad in America.
The average viewer would need to have it explained to them ... and still wouldn't understand it.
