The Buzzcocks -- there's a band I haven't heard for quite some time. To their credit, they kept the Punk/Rock sound on the front burner. I think they were due to have a performance in Philly sometime soon.
I see where Shelley died from a "suspected" heart attack. I can't help but feel that will be amended to "drug induced" but I'm a bit cynical when it comes to entertainers and drug use --almost hand-in-hand it seems.
BTW -- WKDU (Drexel U) were/are big Buzzcock supporters. I bet if you give them a listen today you're bound to hear some of their greatest hits.
RIP, Pete.
