A take on Red v. Blue?

No, long Run. It is a take on a long-running observation from Start Trek fans, dating back to way before the pundits divided the USA into red and blue states.

the Trekie tradition is that in any Star Trek plot, when there is an 'away team' the member in the red shirt will be killed.

Yes, I watched about fourteen billion light years of Star Trek enough to get the red shirt Bill was referring to. Red versus Blue is not about politics:
