I missed this when it first ran - it was during a time when I didn’t have TV/cable for the most part and was working 80-90 hour weeks anyway. Not sure how I missed hearing about it, but very grateful I stumbled on it in the Hulu offerings. One of the best police shows I’ve ever seen, right up there with Homicide and NYPD Blue. It’s must-see for fans of the genre. (Only 5 short seasons, so an easy commitment.)

I mentioned this show once, and agree it is excellent. Regina King was very good in this.

Another show along these lines is Boomtown, which was also cut short due to ratings.
