RIP Ozzy O
Such a long time ago and so briefly past, in bed-sits alone or with Mick in his dad's Tulse HIll flat or the Streatham houses we'd be thrown out of and Sabbath at top volume with a Uriah Heep chaser and Careful With that Axe Eugene played softly with someone patiently ready to twist the volume control to max before the scream and Crimso in the wings with Schizoid Man and then Leonard to bring us back to earth with a Dress Rehearsal Rag and Ken calling out for a final chorus of House of the Rising Sun so pick up the guitar Pete and the gorgeous German Luki crossing the room to sit on my lap and Mick being pissed off at that and someone else dragging Evil Woman back to the turntable and 3 a.m. visible through the smoke and bottles and we all decided Monday was just too early to go to work when there's more music, after all and suddenly there wasn't.
Have you ever thought about your soul can it be saved?

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Have no idea who the RIP is for, but I appreciate this tribute. Nice representation of gonzo journalism.

Does this Newsweek headline make sense? - Ozzy Osbourne Dies 'Surrounded by Love' at 76, Family Says: Live Update
Is there a possibility his condition may change?

Also, RIP Ozzy, you were my introduction to metal while I was still in junior high.
GAH!

It is sad; I was a big Black Sabbath fan. Sadly, he became something of a joke later in life with those "reality" shows (not that I think he cared).
