We haven't had one of these for a while, lets' lighten up a bit.
What is Desert Island Discs?
The format is simple – a guest is invited to choose eight discs, a book and a luxury to take with them as they’re castaway on a mythical desert island. They’re given the complete works of Shakespeare and the Bible. Guests also choose one luxury, which must be inanimate and of no use in escaping the island or allowing communication from outside.

I loved Ardal O'Hanlon's answer as to which two books he would bring. His first would be a huge inflatable book and the second would be titled 'How to Make Oars out of Sand'.

One disc would be enough you could use it as a signal reflector.

You didn't bring a player or extra batteries...

I don't want to play this game unless I can trade the Bible for another book of my choosing.

You've specifically started this thread so I can't participate haven't you?

You KNOW is am musically defective and was never given a music gene from either of my parents. (Either that or it was my extensive jazz and musical upbringing that you laugh about so hard that makes me embarrassed about what I like.)

Well I've got your measure boyo.

I CAN participate in this now because I am able to name eight discs, a book and a luxury that I would take to a desert island.

1. I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue - Volume 1

2. I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue - Volume 2

3. I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue - Volume 3
