The first two (base jumping and surfing) I would try. Rock climbing and tight rope walking I'll take a pass on.

Looked at the link, some really great pictures. Wonder if that one guy towards the end found his surf board.

Theoretically tightrope whaling is safer than BASE jumping especially if you do it with a pole. Not that I'd try either just understand the physics involved in tightrope walking.
