If you could have one play, TV show, or movie wiped totally from your memory, so you could watch it again with out knowing what was going to come, to see it as if fresh for the first time, which would it be?
I'm torn between Monty Python's "Life of Brian," or "Fawlty Towers".

I'd like to lose and re-watch:
Movies - all the extended versions of LOTR; Hellzapoppin'; Memento; Fargo and Butch C and the SK.
TV shows - the Young Ones.
Plays - I've only ever seen six and a third. Wouldn't choose Long Day's Journey Into Night or Mourning Becomes Electra because they were wiped clean during the performances as was the first act of some dreary rubbish by Chekov (the Anton version). It might have been the Cherry Orchard.... don't know; I ripped the programme up to avoid falling asleep. That leaves The Mousetrap, A Little Night Music and JC Superstar - no. So it has to be Absurd Person Singular by Ayckborn. Hilarious stuff as Eva tries repeatedly to kill herself.

I think this is a really interesting topic (taken properly; if I took it CP's way I'd start with Jaws III)
But some show, movie or play I'd like to have wiped from my memory so I could enjoy it all over again?...
That's a tough one, because there are so many...
Fawlty Towers would be a good choice, but if I can pick only one...
It would be the one featuring Number Six...

I'm fast reaching the point where I forget so much that each new book, movie, or program seems "new" to me regardless.

Been giving this some thought he only categories that a "memory wipe" would really do something for me is the mysterious and the horrific. Heck one of the hallmarks of a good comedy is repeatability.
That being said here is my list:
The Usual Suspects: a movie I still feel lucky for figuring out a few seconds before it was revealed. Still good to rewatch to search for the tells (there were quite a few not major but they're there)
Memento: just excellently executed.
Fullmetal Alchemist: While not horror the travels of the Alric brothers cross the horrific so often that the shock of events just isn't there upon repeated views.
