So it's my wife's birthday, and I have it mind to buy for her a very right-on book about the plight of women in Afghanistan (worst country in the world to be a woman, according to some survey I saw quoted in the Guardian). But I can't remember its name. So I log in to the Guardian bookshop, put "Afghanistan women" into the search facility, and....., well try it for yourself.

Grauniad Bookshop fail
Ripped off from another furum;
“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.”
Re: Grauniad Bookshop fail

No, you were not! Irony is one of the most misused words in the entire English language.

I wonder if that book is available in hard back?

I understand it's a real page turner...I wonder if that book is available in hard back?
You can't put it down till you get to the climax in the end...

Re: Grauniad Bookshop fail
At that price it's a bum deal...
“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.”
