“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.”
I would have thought that funny in 1959. Mind, I thought words like "poo" and "fart" were funny as well. Nostalgia much, Gob?

My son has just hit the stage where "poo(p)" is the funniest thing in the world. Some people will never understand the torture of trying to get a three year old to stop yelling poop in a public place (like a coffee house) with a straight face.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

Ah now, if we lose the ability to laugh at silliness, what do we have left? And what with the PC mad UK trying to eradicate anything which may give offense to anyone, anywhere, at any time, we need to hang onto our rather risible funny place names.
Nostalgic much? When am I ever anything else?

Is there anything funnier than the sound of your own farts? I think not!!!
